1.  Problem:  Nothing happens when you press the garage door remote or turn on the wall switch.

Possible resolution:  The most likely cause is that the power source has been disconnected. Check that the motor unit is plugged in, reset the circuit breaker, replace fuse if needed, and/or reset the GFCI switch.

2.  The overhead door does not completely close.

Possible resolution: You may need to adjust the close limit switch, or the garage door may be binding when raised and lowered manually.

3.  The garage door reverses as soon as it touches the floor.

Possible resolution:  You may need to adjust the close limit switch.

4.  The garage door reverses direction before hitting the floor.

Possible resolution:  You may need to adjust the close limit switch.

5.  The garage door does not open all the way.

Possible resolution:  You may ned to move the limit switch closer to the motor unit.

6.  The motor does not stop running when the garage door finishes opening.

Possible resolution:  You may need to move the limit switch away from the motor unit.

7.  The remote control unit will not cause the garage door to open or close.

Possible resolutions:  a.  Move the remote closer to the garage door to make sure you are not out of range.  b.  Check that the antenna on the motor unit is hanging downward.  c.  The battery in the remote may need replacing.  d.  You may need to reprogram the remote control.
